1. Scope of Service

The Guest Detective provides independent diagnostic audits of short-term rental listings. Our reports are for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific revenue increase or ranking improvements, as the Airbnb algorithm is a third-party black box.

2. Payment & Delivery

Audit fees are one-time payments. Once a report has been generated and delivered via email, results are final. Digital products are non-refundable due to the custom nature of each investigation.

3. Intellectual Property

The "Guest Detective" methodology and report formats are the property of The Guest Detective. You are granted a personal license to use the report for your listing improvement. Redistribution or resale of our methodology is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Guest Detective is not liable for any ranking changes or account suspensions by third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). We use only white-hat, publicly visible data for our investigations.
